Luxurious boutique style apartment, stylish and cosy, perfect for a relaxing break or business stay. Located in the heart of Malton.

Apex ceilings give this apartment the "wow" factor. This is the largest of the apartments at Chiltern Place, offering a separate dining and kitchen. Double aspect, double bedroom & luxury en-suite bathroom. Dining room leads to the south facing, private roof top balcony.

Private parking on the property & secure storage for 2 bikes.

The space
The apartment definitely has the "wow" factor. It is unique, with distinctive features, apex ceilings, double aspect living room. This is the largest of the apartments at Chiltern Place and boasts a separate dining area and kitchen. Beautifully decorated and high quality furnishings through out.

Perfect for a relaxing break away or business trip.

A private south facing, roof top balcony, accessed from French doors in the dining area is the perfect place for a relaxing breakfast or evening drink.

Lounge - this is double aspect, with smart TV and contemporary electric fire. Lighting and furnishings have been carefully chosen to complement the fabulous vaulted ceiling.

Bedroom - Beautifully decorated with high quality king size bed and mattress makes for a really comfy nights sleep. Shutters and black out curtains adorn the window. This leads to a stylish en-suite bathroom, equiped with shower and a large bath, heated shower rail and under floor heating if required.

The kitchen is fully equipped, to a high specification, including neff "bake off oven", induction hob, wine cooler, dishwasher and coffee machine.

There is a separate guest toilet and washer dryer in the utility area (near the entrance).

There is also use of a pretty communal courtyard, and a separate large lock up facility (where you can keep 2 bikes). Please contact me if you would like to reserve this (no extra charge).

Malton is perfectly situated for access to the Yorkshire Moors, Coast, York and Castle Howard. Lots of fabulous eateries and independent shops on your doorstep.

Why not combine your visit with a visit to the "Cooks Place", learn new cookery skills whilst eating what you make (or enjoy a tasting evening with one of their guest chefs) or even a trip to the Rarebird Gin School and distil your own gin.

Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Please note that this is a non smoking building and no smoking is permitted inside the apartments, on the balconies or any of the communal areas.

Guest access
It is self check in. I will let you know the location of the key safe and codes for the gate and key safe on the day of your arrival, usually around 1ish.

Other things to note
Discounts - there is 10% discount on the nightly booking price for stays of 7 days or more and 20% discount on the nightly price for stays of 30 days or more.

There is a livestock market on a Tuesday and a Friday and one of the small roads outside the apartment may be closed - this shouldn't effect your stay at all.

Hot water is provided by an electric emersion heater, this is set to come on twice a day which is sufficient to provide plenty of hot water for normal use. In the very unusual event you do use it all, please let me know so I can boost it as it is not instant hot water.
