Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The Loft apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard and is situated above our double garage with a private entrance via an external concrete staircase.

Open plan living with an elevated king size bed and pull out child bed (170cm). Fully functional kitchen with gas hob and dining space. Luxurious bathroom with towels and toiletries included.

Outside the loft there is a patio space with wood burning hot tub solely for Loft guests to enjoy.

The Bancran School site is along a quiet road in the heart of the Sperrin Mountains. Draperstown is 3 mile away with local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

We are surrounded by beautiful secluded forests ideal for long quiet walks.

Davagh Forest which has been developed specifically for mountain biking and is 5 miles so perfect if you want to bike over.

We are blessed to be surrounded by a couple of brilliant play parks for kids to have "free" fun

Family who have restored Bancran school using Airbnb to help us along the journey! Accommodations currently on offer include The Pod, The Black Shack, The Loft and The Hen House. We love travelling and meeting new people. Not suitable for parties!!
