Inside Your Coastal Retreat
Bright & Inviting Living: Unwind on plush sofas in the living room after a day of exploring local gems like Avon Beach and Mudeford. Enjoy cosy nights by the electric fire, watching the 40" TV, reading, or playing games. Patio doors open directly onto a spacious sun deck, flooding the space with light and fresh air. The living room sofa also converts to a cosy extra bed for additional sleeping space (please bring your own bedding for the sofa bed).
Effortless Dining & Cooking: Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a full-size fridge/freezer, electric oven & grill, microwave and brand-new appliances, including a toaster and kettle. You'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Dine comfortably at the table for four in the dedicated dining area.
Restful Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (En Suite): Drift off to sleep in the luxurious king-size bed. This master suite features a walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, small TV and a dressing table. The en suite bathroom includes a large shower cubicle and modern amenities for your comfort.
Second Bedroom: This twin room features two snug single beds (slightly narrower, perfect for kids or pushed together for a double), with ample storage from a small wardrobe, drawers and shelving.
Convenient Bathrooms: In addition to the master en suite, the family shower room includes a wash basin, mirrored cabinet and a spacious shower cubicle for everyone's convenience.
Thoughtful Touches
We provide all bedding (made up for your arrival), bath towels, hand towel per bathroom, bath mats, a tea towel and oven gloves. Please remember to bring your own beach/pool towels. The property is fully double glazed and has full central heating for year-round comfort. For little ones, a travel cot is available free upon request at booking and will fit comfortably in the master bedroom (please provide your own bedding).

Local Conveniences: A Spar shop is just a 5-minute walk away for essentials, while larger supermarkets like Sainsbury's and Aldi are a short 5-minute drive. All major supermarkets also offer convenient delivery directly to your holiday home.

Leisure Passes:
For a one-time fee of £66, up to 6 guests can enjoy full access to the facilities for 7 nights (not per person). Payment is made directly to Sue. Please allow at least 1 week's notice for processing; passes can be collected at reception upon arrival.
Utilities:
Water and electricity are included in your rental fee. Please be mindful of leaving lights and heating on when you're out, considering both the environment and rising energy costs.
