Beautiful and walkable

One of five beautifully refurbished seafront apartments. Opposite the beach, within the free parking zone, and just a short stroll along the promenade to Eastbourne's famous pier, theatres, & town centre. Perfect for seaside getaways, romantic breaks, walking holidays, or for anyone needing accommodation whilst working away or moving home. All apartments are ensuite, have private kitchens, comfortable living areas, and are well-equipped with Smart TVs, Netflix etc, Alexa & free superfast Wi-Fi.

The space
Beachside 3 is a beautiful seafront apartment where you can lie in bed and listen to the waves, or curl up on the sofa and take in the amazing panoramic views of the sea and East Sussex coastline. The kitchen-diner has a private balcony where you can have breakfast overlooking the beach, and the stylish, double bedded sitting room, with its high ceiling and large stained-glass window, is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Beds are fully made up, using professionally laundered, crisp white bed linen, mattress toppers, a cosy duvet and a choice of pillows. We also provide a selection of white fluffy towels.
Whether you are looking to cook a Sunday roast, or just want to grab some toast in the morning, your private kitchen has an oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle; along with a selection of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, etc.

Guest access
You are free to come and go as you please and will be given a set of keys, one for the front door of the building and another for your private apartment. We ask guests not to arrive before 4PM on the day of their arrival and to leave no later than 10AM on the day of their departure, unless otherwise agreed beforehand. We will always try and be flexible, and if you do arrive in Eastbourne before your apartment is ready, then you are very welcome to drop off any bags which we can safely store away for you.
We also offer a self check-in service.

Other things to note

What can we say, other than that we simply love living in Eastbourne. You just need to step outside the front door and you are presented with a panoramic view of sea and East Sussex coastline. But there is far more to Eastbourne than just its wonderful beach, famous pier, tennis tournament and air show: the Towner Gallery, five theatres, and the UK's busiest bandstand, means there is always something to see and do. And throughout the year Eastbourne also hosts contemporary art exhibitions, West End musicals, plays, ballet, comedy acts and live bands. For the more adventurous, we are nestled on the edge of the South Downs National Park and Beachy Head, so there are plenty of coastal walks, country rambling and cycling routes to discover. With so many visitors, Eastbourne also has lots of great restaurants and bars that cater for all budgets and tastes. Do come and speak to us because we are always happy to share some ‘local knowledge’ on where to find the heartiest breakfast, the best cocktail, or even the freshest fish and chips; and no, it's not Harry Ramsdens on the seafront! When you do want to cook, there is a local Sainsburys just around the corner, and Eastbourne holds a weekly farmers market, continental markets along the sea front, and there are some excellent farm shops on the outskirts of town as well.
