Relax with the whole family in this peaceful apartment with fully equipped kitchen, in the heart of bustling Seminyak. Have your breakfast on the balcony. At night you can relax watching one of the many life music performances on the beach just 500 meters away, with the ocean waves in the background making this a truly unforgettable experience.
The upscale stores on Jalan Oberoi and the bustling restaurants, bars, supermarkets and spas in Bali's buzzing downtown are all easily accessible as well

The space
The apartment is on the first floor of Beachview Residence. It is newly renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea, cooking oil, salt and pepper are all provided. Furthermore there is a cosy living room with TV, nice bathroom with basics provided, a bedroom with a comfy bed and free wifi. The balcony is very special. Perfect to relax with a cup of tea or a glass of wine while reading a book. The sofa-bed in the living room offers room for 2 extra guest.

The main entrance of Beachview Residence is just 3 steps up from the road. From there a staircase leads up to your first floor apartment. All doors are international standard so everything is easy accessible.

Neighbourhood highlights

It's the perfect location for a family, couples or friends. The apartment is quiet but spacious. Supermarket, pharmacy and lots of other small stalls in walking distance. The beach is only a few hundred meters away and there are lots of choices for good restaurants; Indonesian, Italian, Greek, Australian just to name a few. All in walking distance. The beach is lovely with chairs and sunbeds for rent and a hard surface walkway all along the beach for those who don’t like to walk in the sand, ride a bicycle or push a baby stroller. Refreshments and snacks are for sale all along the way.
