This lovely studio apartment lies in the heart of bustling Seminyak. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice little porch to enjoy breakfast or relax with a cool drink. At night you can enjoy one of the many life music performances on the beach just 500 meters away, whith the ocean waves in the background make this a truly unforgettable experience. The upscale stores on Jalan Oberoi and the bustling restaurants, bars, supermarkets and spas in Bali's downtown are all easily accessible as well.

The space
The studio is on the ground floor of Beachview Residence, left of the main enterance. The studio itself is newly renovated and has a fully equipped kitchenette. Coffee, tea, cooking oil, salt and pepper are all provided. Furthermore there is a nice living room with TV, nice bathroom with basics provided, a queen size bed and free Wi-Fi. The sofa can be turned into a bed for extra guests.

Neighbourhood highlights

It's the perfect location for a family, couple or friends. The studio is quiet but spacious. Supermarket, pharmacy and lots of other small stalls in walking distance. The beach is only a few hundred meters away and there are lots of choices for good restaurants; Indonesian, Italian, Greek, Australian just to name a few. All in walking distance. The beach is lovely with chairs and sunbeds for rent and a hard surface walkway all along the beach for those who don’t like to walk in the sand, ride a bicycle or push a baby stroller. Refreshments and snacks are for sale all along the way.
