The space
3 Millers Barns is a brand new purpose built passive house located in Godshill, a quiet village in the heart of the Isle of Wight.

This barn has two bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4/5 people. A travel cot can be provided upon request. Both twin beds can be adapted to have dual sided bed guards if needed. We also provide children’s dressing gowns and slippers to use and there is a high chair and a small selection of children’s toys.

The barn has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining table. There is one bathroom with a walk in separate shower cubical and stand alone bath. There is a large storage room suitable for storing suitcases etc. The garden is fully fenced with side access and access from both bedrooms and the living room. There is outside seating and dining on the patio. The post and rail fence makes the most of the stunning countryside views.

It is set on a private site with 3 other converted barns with a central courtyard and private gardens. Each barn has a private parking space with an EV charger. There are 2 additional visitor parking spaces if needed.

The barn is just a 5 minute walk from the village which offers restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops, a post office and the model village.

Our passive houses ensure a sustainable holiday experience with 55 solar panels generating electricity, battery storage and EV charging.

3 Millers Barns has the full use of the barn, the private gated back garden and the communal courtyard. There is one assigned EV parking space and space to park 4 other vehicles in visitor parking bays. There is a private bin store just for the barns to use.

Other things to note
This barn can sleep 4 adults and 1 infant, but can also be booked, if required, as a larger group with 2 other barns next door.

We have 2 travel cots. All bedding / baby towels are provided. Please be mindful to reserve one (or both if required) in advance if needed for your stay.
