Bryonnen is a luxurious Edwardian Lakeland stone townhouse. Recently fully renovated to an exceptionally high standard, and ideally located in the heart of Bowness Village

Just a 10 minutes’ stroll to lake Windermere, packed with charm and character and a stone's throw from independent shops, pubs and cafes. A fully equipped property perfect for a family retreat or a long-awaited gathering with friends. Free off road parking available

The space
Bryonnen is a three bedroom traditional property.

On the ground floor you will find a beautifully decorated, relaxing and cosy lounge with an open fireplace, as well as a snug that benefits from a woodburner and TV. There is also a stunning fully kitted out kitchen with dining area and access to the rear of the property

On the first floor you will find the master ensuite bedroom with king size bed, and another bedroom with 2 single beds, plus the well appointed family bathroom

On the second floor there is an ensuite bedroom with a kingsize bed and TV as well as a handy utility room with washing machine and dryer

We also have a lovely enclosed paved garden to the rear of the property with outdoor furniture and lighting and a delightful front garden with further seating

The property also benefits from a private driveway for one car with EV charging point (more free parking is readily available on the street outside) as well as lovely partial lake and countryside views from the upper stories

Guest access
During your stay you will benefit from full access to the whole property including the outside areas, with the exception of the fourth bedroom on the second floor which is used for storage

If you wish to park on our driveway please follow these directions to locate it:

The driveway is located at the rear of Bryonnen. As you turn onto Beresford Road from Lake Road (A5074) take the first left where you see the Beechwood House Hotel on the corner. Follow this small lane round the right hand bend. You will now see just in front of you the tarmac road turns into a gravel drive way, and the drive for Bryonnen is the first entrance on the right along this track

Please note at Bryonnen we require a £200 refundable damage deposit, or you can elect to pay a £25 non-refundable damage deposit waiver which automatically gives you cover for up to £200 of accidental damage. The choice is yours
