A short 5 minute walk to Boscombe Pier which boasts 8 miles of award winning golden sandy beach, and is 1.5 miles from Bournemouth Pier and town centre.

Boscombe promenade has much to offer our guests from water-sports to exceptional hospitality, and is the perfect choice for a staycation or a business trip.

The space
A newly refurbished apartment, which boasts a brand new kitchen and bathroom (2023). The whole property is decorated and furnished to a high standard.
The lounge and bedrooms offer stunning panoramic views of the sea, as far as the eye can see (plus we have supplied binoculars for boat and dolphin spotting!)
The main 'Turret' bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom hosts a heavy duty bunkbed.
The lounge has a brand new Samsung 4K Smart TV, with all streaming services built-in, plus a retro Mini-SNES for your gaming needs.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for their stay.
There is also shared access to a gym and games room (in the main central block) complete with a pool table, and a shared back garden/terrace with BBQ facilities.
