Our apartment forms part of Old Station Masters House, having been meticulously restored to a contemporary style.
We're moments from the waters edge, with yachts, sailing boats & wildlife; the centre of Fowey being just a short walk, with its quaint cottages, boutique shops & eateries.
Our spacious accommodation is so light and bright, & includes a master bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom & family bathroom, perfect for 2 couples sharing or families. Sleeps 4.

Entrance hall: Cloaks cupboard, lamp table, mirror, cupboard housing washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, clothes airer.
Open Plan Living Area: Three seater sofa & armchair, Display unit housing TV, Alexa & family games. Coffee tables & mood lamps, cosy throws & cushions.
Oak dining table & upholstered chairs.
Kitchen Area: Full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven with induction hob, wine cooler, microwave, coffee machine. Extremely well stocked with tableware, glassware, saucepans & all equipment required for your stay.
Master Bedroom Suite: Matching suite of standard size double bed, dressing table & chest of drawers. Mirror wardrobe & side tables with lamps.
Ensuite Shower Room: Including double length walk in shower.
Bedroom 2: 3' twin beds, matching suite of headboard, wardrobe & chest of drawers, wall mounted TV, side table & lamp, wall mirror.
Family Bathroom: Including bath with rain shower over.
Garden Shed: Containing garden chairs, picnic rug and beach toys.
Guest access
Whole apartment, use of the pretty communal garden.
Other things to note
Private allocated parking is available right outside the apartment, something of a rarity in Fowey. The apartment is accessed by a few steps up to the building itself. The internal staircase is shared by just one other apartment. Guests must be able to evacuate on foot in the event of an emergency.
Unfortunately we are unanle to accept pets.
