Dog-friendly with scenic walks from the doorstep and beaches just 15 minutes away.

The space
Cosy and surprisingly spacious cottage. Large log burner and beams throughout the living room provide a charming and traditional feel with deep comfortable sofas and plenty of blankets to snuggle up. Games, books and dvds available to entertain all ages. Rocking horse for younger guests to enjoy.
Bright, modern, well equipped kitchen and dining room with Nespresso coffee machine, 2 full sized electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge freezer, food mixer, weighing scales and slow cooker. Washing up essentials and dishwasher tablets provided. Underfloor heating in winter months. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer (coin operated), iron, ironing board, airing racks and highchair.
Downstairs wet room with large shower. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash provided. Underfloor heating in winter months.
Patio doors from dining room to decked area with outdoor furniture. Steps down from decking to patio and lawn with large trampoline.
Large hallway for plenty of coats and shoes. Area under stairs for pushchair/ bike.
Upstairs…
One double bedroom with 2 wardrobes, dressing table and mirror. Large window with countryside views towards Gower.
Three single bedrooms with toys, books and nightlights. Two of the bedrooms have a tv, the other has a staircase with secret loft play area ( no safety gate to this staircase).
The upstairs bathroom is bright and modern with a 3/4 bath and shower over. Led mirror with shaver socket. Central heating throughout and underfloor heating available through the winter months if requested .
20 minutes drive to the beautiful Gower peninsular. 5 minutes cycle to join the old tram line which is now a cycle track taking you one way through peaceful woodland all the way to the vibrant and ever popular Mumbles. The other route takes you to the Millennium Coastal Path.
15 minutes drive to Swansea town centre where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants, The Arena, LC2, and SA1 nightlife, Swansea Marina and Swansea Bay.
Golf enthusiasts will find an array of top class courses close by.
