The "Coolest" Stay on Site: The only home at Hoburne Park with air conditioning in the lounge, ensuring breezy comfort on those balmy summer nights (we also have fans in both bedrooms so no need to worry about the hot nights in the summer!).
Perfectly positioned just steps from the leisure facilities, our location offers the ultimate peace of mind. Parents of young children will love the short, easy stroll to the pools and play areas, while those with teenagers can relax knowing their kids can safely enjoy some independence - coming and going as they please while staying well within sight of the decking. Whether you're keeping a watchful eye on a toddler or giving a teen some space, you can do it all while soaking up the view with a coffee in hand.
Our light-filled living space opens out onto the decking with patio doors - a lovely spot to start your day with a quiet coffee or unwind together with a sunset drink while soaking up the views over the green. Inside, the lounge also features a handy small sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or little ones!
The kitchen is fully equipped for a relaxed stay, including a Tassimo coffee machine (with a few pods to get you started), a cafetière, and good quality crockery- perfect for everything from your morning brew to family meals.
At the end of the day unwind in a king-size bed with a private en-suite featuring a full bath with shower over, perfect for a long soak after a coastal hike.
The second bedroom (a twin with slightly narrower beds than a standard single) and an additional full shower room, provide plenty of privacy for families or two couples traveling together.
The owners have also added lots of thoughtful touches and little extras to help you feel right at home, including indoor and outdoor toys and games for children, plus a great selection of DVDs for cosy nights in.
We are currently adding some stylish finishing touches, and we’ve even brought on a brand-new cleaning team to ensure your holiday home is perfect for your arrival!

You will have full use of the holiday home and use of the onsite facilities once you have purchased the leisure passes.
Other things to note
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
For leisure passes there is a one off cost of £66 which entitles up to 6 guests full use of the facilities for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also due to the rising energy prices!

The dog fee is per dog per trip. Please make sure you add your dog/s to your booking.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our holiday home including on the decking.
