The property offers up to 3 spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite. Two main bedrooms have superb views over Lyme Bay. Bunk bed option for children.

FAMILY FRIENDLY - The ground floor offers Kitchen/Dining room with a larder store, Living Room with wood burner, Cloakroom & Utility room, the first floor offers 2 double bedrooms, one with an en suite, spacious family bathroom & a bedroom with two single beds. Both main bedrooms have a superb view over Lyme Bay. No allocated parking space - two car parks available close to property - charges apply.

Other things to note
Must climb stairs. The flooring & stairs can be uneven in places due to age of property. The front steps may become slippery.
