Have a great holiday with family or friends in this stylish home in Seaview with sea views. Fabulous contemporary holiday house a few minutes walk from the village shops and the beach. Perfect for a holiday by the sea or from which to explore the Isle of Wight. The house sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably . The house has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large sitting room with sea views and access through bifold doors to the balcony and garden.

The space
The holiday home has four double bedrooms, two on the entry level with family bath room, sitting room with dining table and kitchen. The sitting room has glass doors leading out to a large balcony with seating and wonderful sea views.
Downstairs, there are two further double bedrooms and a shower room. There are two decked areas in the garden for either a spot of yoga or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun.
Great house to share with family or friends.

Please note that the house is on two levels, the entry level with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. The lower level (at the same level as the back garden) has two bedrooms and a shower room.
There is a staircase from the upper balcony to the garden, please note that the stairs are open with only a banister so not ideal for small children.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
