Welcome to Copper Oak Cottage, a beautifully renovated Cotswold stone property with a private sauna, wood-burning stove, and peaceful garden. Enjoy outdoor dining and a refreshing outdoor shower. Perfect for couples, with space for up to 3 guests, the cottage is tucked away along the Thames Path - an ideal base for exploring the Cotswold Lakes and nearby Cirencester.
The space
Copper Oak Cottage has its own private entrance leading into a hallway, opening onto a stylish open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with direct access to a private garden and sauna.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The open-plan living area features a dining bench with stools, a wood-burning stove (wood supplied), a double sofa, Smart TV, and WiFi.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. An additional queen-size bed is located on the mezzanine level above, accessed via a ladder. The mezzanine sleeping area is suitable for one additional guest or for couples who prefer separate beds. If two guests require use of both beds, a £30 additional linen and preparation fee applies. The mezzanine bed is prepared automatically for bookings of three guests.
Guests have sole use of the sauna, an outside cold shower and a private walled garden with seating area — perfect for al fresco dining.
The owner lives on-site in a separate part of the house, with no shared facilities during your stay.
Copper Oak Cottage is ideal for couples seeking a peaceful and cosy escape. The second mezzanine sleeping area is available and best suited for older children or one adult.

An EV charger is available on request and is charged according to electricity used. Please message me before plugging in.
