This stylish apartment is an ideal base from which to explore historic Newark, its castle, museums & theatre, the region with its forests, nature reserves, caves and Robin Hood heritage. Excellent transport links nearby & free onsite parking. The entrance to a spacious, self-contained apartment on the first floor with living & dining rooms, kitchen (hob, air-fryer, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, dishwasher & washing machines), bath, shower & toilet, 3 double bedrooms.

The space
The apartment is on the first floor of an artist studio complex. It's a great space for a creative retreat and stay in this historic market town.

Our apartment includes a lounge, dinning room and kitchen. We have three double bedrooms (one with sofa bed & desk which can also be used as a workspace).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, two ring hob, air fryer and fridge (with freezer drawer). It has a small pantry cupboard.

There's a bathroom with over bath shower and sink. The toilet is separate.

Guest access
Our guests have sole access to the apartment which has a separate entrance at the side of the building with motion sensor controlled lighting and switch controlled lighting.

We provide guests with the number to our lock-box to access keys and also to our padlocked car park gate.
