Kites Nest is charming and well appointed one bedroom apartment on the grounds of Hungerford Park, minutes from the town of Hungerford, a historic market town in the heart of the North Wessex Downs of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by stunning countryside and picturesque villages.

An ideal location for exploring Berkshire, Hampshire, Wilshire and Oxfordshire and within easy access to the M4 and Hungerford station which gives access to London Paddington.

The space
The property offers a well equipped kitchen, lounge room with working log burner, sofa bed, Free View TV, Wi-fi and dining table. The bathroom has a bath tub, shower cubicle, toilet and basin. A large balcony with sofa and table with stunning views across the park.

Why not have a meal ready for you to just pop in the oven on your arrival. All meals are available available for 2, 4, or 8 people. Please see additional photos for menu options. One weeks notice is required but short notice orders maybe possible so please get in touch.

The lounge room has a cosy log burner for you to light on those cold winter evenings.

All bed linen is provided along with towels.

If required we can supply a travel cot and high chair on request.

Check in time is anytime after 2pm and checkout is before 11am. On occasion these times can be adjusted to meet your requirements.
