Welcome to our 2-bedroom holiday home, where every detail reflects the care of being personally enjoyed by its owners in the summer. Situated in a superb, peaceful setting at the 5-star Hoburne Holiday Park in Christchurch, Dorset, 'Davlyn' is designed for both couples and families seeking comfort and a true "home from home" experience.
Thoughtful Comforts for Every Guest -
We offer a modern, airy and impeccably maintained space, exceeding the typical holiday home standard with its quality fixtures and fittings. You'll feel instantly at ease the moment you step into the light-filled, open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs. You'll find a full-size oven and hob, microwave and built-in fridge/freezer, along with ample crockery, glasses, pots and pans. For ultimate convenience, there's even a slow cooker – perfect for preparing a delicious meal to come home to after a day exploring the local area and beautiful Dorset beaches! The dining area, with its table, bench seating and stools, provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together.
At the far end of the open-plan space, the luxurious and comfortable lounge invites relaxation. The large corner sofa is perfect for cosy evenings by the feature electric fire. Catch your favourite film on the flat-screen TV and DVD player, delve into a good book, or enjoy some family games.
Serene Sleeping Spaces -
The master bedroom is a tranquil haven, featuring a king-size bed, bedside cabinets and its own en-suite WC with a washbasin. You'll appreciate the generous space in the large fitted wardrobes for all your holiday outfits.
The twin bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests, offering two single beds (narrower than a standard single bed), a bedside cabinet, and a wardrobe with drawers. Just off the hallway, the main family bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower cubicle, WC, washbasin and ample shelf space for your toiletries.
Outdoor Relaxation & Convenient Touches -
While there's a small decking area by the entrance, the main outdoor space is a lovely patio next to the grass. Here, a table and chairs provide the perfect spot for alfresco dining, enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon cuppa, or a refreshing holiday cocktail.
We've taken care of the little things to make your stay seamless: all bedding is provided and will be made up for your arrival. You'll also find a bath towel per guest, hand towels, bath mats, a tea towel and oven gloves. (Please remember to bring your own beach/pool towels). 'Davlyn' is fully double-glazed and has full central heating, ensuring your comfort in any season.
Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family!

Guest access
During your stay you will have full use of Davlyn. If you have paid for leisure club passes you will have full use of the leisure facilities. If you haven't you can still use the cafe, bar & restaurant.
Other things to note
The leisure passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
