Welcome to 'Dreamcatcher', a truly special 2-bedroom holiday home designed with families, romantic couples and your beloved furry friends in mind! Located at Hoburne Park, you'll love its prime position with its own convenient parking bay and just a short stroll to the beach gate. We've gone above and beyond to fill 'Dreamcatcher' with thoughtful "little extras" that make all the difference.

Step into the bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, instantly feeling at home.
Dining Delights: The dining area features comfy bench seating around the table, offering ample space for everyone to gather for breakfasts, lunches or delicious dinners.
Kitchen Convenience: Our spacious and well-equipped kitchen boasts an integrated full-size fridge/freezer (perfect for your grocery delivery!), a built-in microwave, electric hob,and a double oven, plus an air fryer for easy cooking. You'll find plenty of
high-quality crockery, glasses, cutlery and kitchen equipment, along with dedicated space for your food. We even provide a Dolce Gusto coffee machine – just bring your favourite pods and enjoy your morning brew!
Cosy Evenings In: The lounge area, with its double patio doors, features a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa adorned with plenty of throws and scatter cushions for ultimate relaxation. The remote-control electric fire creates a wonderfully cosy ambiance for watching the Smart TV (log in to your Netflix or streaming accounts!) or a DVD from our good selection of children's and adult films. We've even added lap trays for those extra-comfy TV dinners!
(Please note: The large sofa can convert to a small double sofa bed, best suited for children or occasional adult use for an additional charge of £20 per person per night. Please request at booking.)
Restful Retreats for All -
At the end of the corridor, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe with drawers and even space for a dressing table. Enjoy lazy mornings with a
wall-mounted TV and DVD player. This room also benefits from its own en-suite WC and basin, providing a private, bright and airy sanctuary.
Halfway down the corridor, the twin bedroom features two single beds (slightly narrower than standard), a bedside cabinet and a wardrobe with drawers. A TV is also provided here for extra convenience. (The twin beds can be pushed together to form a small double, if preferred, though linen remains single size.)
Family Shower Room: Opposite the twin room, the good-sized family shower room boasts a large shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and plenty of storage for your toiletries.
Outdoor Living & Lots of Extras -
Step outside onto the excellent-sized decking area, accessible via patio doors or the main door. You'll find a stylish rattan furniture set (two chairs and a sofa/bench with a coffee table) – the perfect spot for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks as you let the fresh air and sunshine flood into the lounge until sunset.
We've provided remote control LED rechargeable lighting in the living area for a soft, cosy glow and all new, quality bedding and towels are supplied and made up for your arrival (just remember your beach/pool towels!). For families with little ones, a travel cot, high chair are available upon request at booking (cot bedding not provided).
Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family!

Guest access
You have full use of Dreamcatcher during your stay along with the parking bay directly next to the holiday home. You will also have access to ALL the leisure facilities if you purchase the leisure passes prior to your stay.
Other things to note
All bedding & towels are provided - except beach/pool towels so don't forget to pack those!
Leisure club passes - In order to use the leisure facilities at Hoburne Park you will need to purchase leisure passes (indoor pool, gym, entertainment venue & outdoor pool in season). Without these, you will not have access to any of the facilities (there is an additional charge for crazy golf even if you have purchased the leisure passes).
The passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
The dog fee is £30 per dog per trip. You will see the fee for one dog on your booking costings breakdown. We may accept a second dog, on request. Please message BEFORE making your booking to check if we will allow 2 dogs. If we do, you will then be sent a separate payment request for the second dog fee of £30 after you've made your booking.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
*** PLEASE DO NOT charge electric cars from our holiday home - there are charging points in the main car park by the entertainment complex and nearby at Sainsburys & Matalan. The system is not designed for this - hence could cause an electrical failure. ***
Pet friendly features and amenities: -
• It can be difficult to find luxury accommodation that accepts well behaved dogs, but we believe the two need not necessarily be mutually exclusive!
• A dog is ‘family’ too and subject to our House rules, a well behaved dog is welcome to join you for your stay. That is why we have made sure they can enjoy your holiday with you, they do not miss the fun, and you do not miss them!
• Please specify at the time of booking if you intend to bring your dog/s. An extra charge is applicable of £30 per dog per booking, with up to a maximum of two dogs (on request) per booking. Registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are welcome to stay without charge.
• We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our ‘home from home’ holiday home and have high cleaning standards so that all guests (with or without dogs) can equally enjoy staying in our holiday home. We provide throws so please use these if your dog likes to sit on the sofa/chairs or bed.
• Your dog will enjoy a small doggy treat provided as part of our welcome pack for guests on arrival.
• We are perfectly positioned for country, coastal or forest walks, so you will never be short of places to burn off some energy and get some exercise, whatever time day it may be! And there is an on-site designated dog exercise area as well.
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes & Hoburne Park.
