Set within the 5-star Hoburne Naish Park, and just three rows back from the cliff top, this beautifully appointed two-bedroom lodge enjoys partial sea views and glimpses of the Isle of Wight - with the beach just a short stroll away.

Space to Relax & Recharge -
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, generous storage and its own ensuite shower room. The second bedroom features two full-size single beds - perfect for children, friends, or simply extra space.

A second modern shower room means no morning queues, making it ideal for families as well as couples who enjoy a little extra room.

Fresh linen and towels are provided, and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, iron and drying rack make packing lighter and settling in effortless. With double glazing and central heating, ‘Driftwood’ is comfortable all year round.

For families, Hoburne Naish offers endless entertainment (membership fee applies): heated indoor and outdoor pools, mini-golf, playgrounds, a gym, restaurant and evening entertainment.

For couples, it’s equally perfect for slow mornings, coastal walks, sunset views and peaceful evenings away from emails, alarms and everyday demands.

Nearby beaches and the beautiful New Forest are ready to explore or simply stay put and soak up the calm.

Access to park facilities is available with a temporary membership fee of £66 per stay (up to 6 guests).

Guest access
You will have full use of the holiday home plus the parking space adjacent. You will also have full use of the on site leisure facilities, once you have paid for the leisure passes - this is done through Unrivalled Holiday Homes who look after our home for us. You will be sent further information after booking.

Other things to note
Bedding & Towels -
All beds are made up ready for your arrival. We provide bed linen, one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, bath mats, oven gloves and a tea towel. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

Leisure Club Passes -
Leisure Club Passes are required to use Hoburne Park’s indoor/outdoor pools (seasonal), gym and entertainment venue. Crazy golf is charged separately. Passes are not required for the café, bar or restaurant.
Passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (not per person) and are arranged through Sue at Unrivalled Holiday Homes. Please provide at least 1 weeks’ notice. Passes can be collected from Reception on arrival.

Energy & EV Charging -
Water and electricity are included. Please help us conserve energy by switching off lights and heating when going out and turning the heating control off during prolonged periods away.
Electric vehicles must NOT be charged from the holiday home. EV charging points are available in the main car park by the entertainment complex. The electrical system within the holiday home is not designed for electric vehicle charging, and doing so could cause an electrical failure.

No Smoking Policy -
There is a strict no-smoking policy within the holiday home, on the decking and in the immediate area around the property.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property or close to the holiday home. Please ensure that all smoking takes place away from the property and that cigarette ends are disposed of safely and responsibly.

Your Stay -
The holiday home is privately owned and managed by Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes, who will be your main point of contact throughout your booking and stay. Following your booking, we’ll request your email address so we can provide all the information you need for a smooth and enjoyable visit.
