The space
The apartment is centrally-located and exceptionally well finished and spread across two levels. With warm tones and mid-century modern furnishings, it feels like a luxury hotel suite. The apartment is also very safe within a quiet and secure gated complex.

The master bedroom suite has a European king-size bed; there is a European double bed in the second bedroom; and the sofa-bed (small European double size) is in the cosy mezzanine lounge.

The stylish open plan living/dining and kitchen area opens onto a large outdoor terrace overlooking the dock - a wonderful space for outdoor dining or a drink in the evening sun.

The lounge area has a 40-inch Samsung Smart TV with Netflix subscription for your enjoyment. The apartment also has fast Virgin Media broadband.

Our wonderful co-host, Dai, or one of the team, will meet you on arrival to show you around and provide keys.

We are always contactable via message or phone to support any questions and will provide a welcome guide with recommendations on visiting the city and surrounding region.

The apartment overlooks the water in the heart of Dublin. Transport, cafes, bars, and convenience stores are just outside. The excellent EPIC Irish Emigration Museum is next door. Walk to Temple Bar, and O'Connell and Grafton streets in 20 minutes.

The apartment is right next to Connolly train station and Busaras bus station. Take the pedestrian bridge to get to George's Dock, the Luas tram stop, the Epic Museum, Dublin Bikes and the River Liffey.
There is also secure parking available within the apartment complex for one car if you are driving or have a rental car.

Guest access
One of the team will meet the guests at the entrance to the complex, at the large blue gate (No.3 Harbourmaster Place).
Guests will be provided with two sets of keys including a fob, which opens all gates to the complex in addition to the building (North Asgard). The key opens the apartment (No.269).
The complex has universal access including lit ramp to the building entrance, with lift (elevator) and easy access to the apartment on the 6th floor (Penthouse).
However, the upper floor to the principal suite is accessed via a narrow iron spiral staircase (not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues).

Other things to note
History:
Built in 1821, "This stone-built dock was designed by John Rennie who also designed the Tobacco Warehouse and several dock structures in London. Named after George IV, who travelled to Ireland in 1821 to officially open the dock, he failed to turn up and was instead opened by Lord Castlecoote. Standing as testament to the exemplary stone masonry skills of the early nineteenth-century, the retention of the dock has provided a tranquil waterside setting for what was the first residential docklands development in the Irish Financial Services Centre."
