Room in a home

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
The room is a nice sized double room on the first floor with new carpets, built in wardrobe and a bathroom with bath next door. There is a cloakroom downstairs. You're welcome to use the lounge-diner and kitchen too.

I work full time and have a small dog called Star who is extremely friendly but if you're not keen on dogs she can be kept out of the way.

The space
My house is a three bed, my ensuite room on the top floor and then two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs is an open plan lounge diner, with a kitchen and cloakroom.

Guest access
Guests are free to use the downstairs cloakroom, kitchen, lounge-diner and garden, but must be aware that these are shared spaces with myself and other guests if any are staying. The bathroom is shared with both rooms on the first floor, but if I have no other bookings will be just for this room to use.

It's best to message/ring me if you need to get in touch during your stay and I'm not around. I normally reply pretty quickly to any messages.

Neighbourhood highlights

Located just a short walk from Brecon town centre which has a lovely market and lots of brilliant food establishments and coffee shops. Lots of great walks in and around Brecon too, and some bigger ones slightly further afield - Pen Y Fan is only a 15 minute drive away!

Hi, My name is Emily and I've not long bought my first house in Brecon with my small dog, Star. Star is super friendly, she loves people and other dogs and is the best companion. I work full time as a Musician in the Army and during my free time I love keeping active, swimming, running, walking my dog and general sight-seeing! I'd love to share my home with you so that you can explore just how beautiful Brecon and the surrounding areas are!
