Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
A beautiful holiday home centrally located in the picturesque Edwardian village of Seaview. Just a short walk to the beach and village shops. This spacious ground floor flat sleeps up to 6 in three bedrooms. One super king with en suite bathroom (can be made into twin beds ) and two further twin bedrooms, family shower room and utility, kitchen and separate sitting room with a dining area. Access to the pretty garden through the patio doors in the sitting room. Parking for 2 cars.

The space
The ground floor flat has a large sunny sitting room with dining table and door leading to the garden. The newly refurbished galley kitchen comes well equipped. The apartment has three bedrooms (one king en suite bathroom, two twin rooms) and a separate family shower room with utility area. For families, there is a travel cot and highchair.

There is a lovely garden and parking for two cars. It is just a short walk to the beach and village shops and restaurants.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole of the flat. Check in details and key code will be sent by 16:00 on arrival day but may be sent earlier if the property is ready, usually during quieter times.

A couple of stone steps to the front door. Gravel drive.

Seaview has a a pretty village on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. The flat is only a minutes walk from the sea and village shops. There is a community village shop, chemist, gift shops, wine shop, ice cream shop, two hotels and a pub. The village is popular with holiday makers and water sport enthusiasts.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
