Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
Domik is a large town house, close to the village centre and only a few paces from the beach. It provides a fantastic holiday home for family and friends.
The house has been owned by the same family for many years and has recently been extended and refurbished. It now comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Dog friendly. Open all year for two nights or more.

The space
Downstairs the spacious hallway leads to a sitting room with fireplace and tv, a large utility area with back door, shower room and large recently extended kitchen, dining and sitting area. There are large sliding glass doors leading to a south facing terrace without door dining and a small garden.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms (super king or twin room with en suite shower, double with en suite shower, twin room with bathroom and a bunk bed room). On the top floor (a new addition) there is a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room. This room has Solent views.
The house sleeps 10 very comfortably. There is also an outside shower.

The house works for those who come as a family, popular with multigenerational groups, or for a group of friends.

The guests have the whole house to themselves. Check in details and key code will be sent by 16:00 on arrival day but may be sent earlier if the property is ready, usually during quieter times.

Other things to note
Four bedrooms are en suite. Fifth bedroom is a bunk bedroom suitable for an extra guest or two children.
One bedroom has a super king which can be made in to twin beds on request.

Seaview is a delightful village on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. The village is popular with water sports enthusiasts, families and people who are just wanting to spend a few days by the sea. The village has a pub, two hotels, ice cream shop, chemist, community village shop, cafe, indian, art gallery and art shop. Lovely walks along the sea shore and plenty of water activities in the summer to take part in.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
