Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
This spacious house is new to holiday letting and has recently been refurbished. It is now looking forward to welcoming guests. Available all year. The house sleeps up to 10 with four en-suite bedrooms and a bunk bed room for extra guests. Top floor has amazing sea views. The house is less than a minute from the sea and a couple of minutes walk from the village shops. Perfect home in which to holiday with family or friends. Come and enjoy a few days by the sea.

The space
Downstairs the spacious hallway leads to a sitting room with fireplace and tv, a large utility area with back door, shower room and large recently extended kitchen, dining and sitting area. There are large sliding glass doors leading to a terraced area with out door dining and a small garden.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms (super king or twin room with en suite shower, double with en suite shower, twin room with bathroom and a bunk bed room. On the top floor (a new addition) there is a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room. This room has Solent views.
The house sleeps 10 very comfortably. There is also an outside shower.

Guest access
The guests have the whole house to themselves.

Other things to note
Four bedrooms are en suite. Fifth bedroom is a bunk bedroom suitable for an extra guest or two children.
One bedroom has a super king which can be made in to twin beds on request.
One well behaved dog allowed on request

Seaview is a delightful village on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. The village is popular with water sports enthusiasts, families and people who are just wanting to spend a few days by the sea. The village has a pub, two hotels, ice cream shop, chemist, community village shop, cafe, indian, art gallery and art shop. Lovely walks along the sea shore and plenty of water activities in the summer to take part in.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
