Victorian cottage in West Runton village, walking distance from stunning sandy beach. Relax in front of a beautiful wood burner, sleep in comfortable beds and enjoy the perfect escape. Sleeps 4 people in king and twin beds. Well behaved dogs welcome. Private enclosed outside area to enjoy alfresco dining. Car not essential as walking distance to train station and on bus route. The village has excellent amenities including a pub, well equipped shop, cafe, tea rooms and a Thai restaurant.

The space
The cottage is down a private lane surrounded by woodland.
Enter to a welcoming bright dining area and open plan well equipped kitchen. Boot room near front door for sandy or muddy boots. Off the kitchen is the shower room.
The living room has 2 sofas and a wood burning stove. High speed broadband, television, games and books to keep you entertained.
A steep staircase leads to 2 bedrooms, with comfy king size and twin beds. The king bedroom has a fitted cupboard with shelves and hanging space for clothes. The twin room has a chest of drawers.
Original Victorian features throughout the cottage.
Well behaved pets are welcome, we would just ask that you keep them off the furnishings or bring blankets/throws to protect the furniture.
Small enclosed outside area surrounding the cottage, ideal for alfresco dinning.
Parking available opposite the cottage on the private lane.
