We welcome pets but charge a small cost on booking to cover added cleaning costs. We do ask that when booking pets are included along with guests so that we can notify our cleaners and cover any added cleaning as a result of dog hair, etc.
Guest access
There is access directly in front of the property, with several car parks surrounding the area and you can find on street parking on the adjacent Arwenack Avenue. Detailed instructions of parking will be sent on booking.
Supermarkets, restaurants and numerous shops, cafe's and deli's are only a short stroll away.
Other things to note
We have a lock box system installed by the front door so you'll be able to check in and out by yourself as you need. :o)
