This stunning property is in a prime location within The Lake District National Park. Guests love the spacious accommodation with mountain views including "Cat Bells", private parking and superb garden area. Perfect for extended family groups and guests wanting to stay within a short walk to Keswick town Centre and The Lake.
Refurbished to a high standard with modern furnishings and traditional features. This truly is a special property to create lasting memories.

The space
Bedroom 1 is a family suite.
1 x kingsized bed and an adjoining room with 1 x single bed suitable for a child. 1 x large wardrobe, chest of draws and rocking chair with views of Borrowdale and Walla Crag.
En-Suite facilities include a walk in shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2 is a superior kingsized bed room. The bed can be separated into 2 single beds. 1 x large wardrobe, chest of draws and superb views of Cat Bells and Causey Pike.

Bedroom 3 is a small double bed with a chest of draws and views of Latrigg and Blencathra.

Downstairs the living area is spacious and comfortable with large sofas to relax into.
Patio doors open to south facing enclosed garden with decking, patio and outdoor cushioned furniture.

The dining room comfortably seats 6. This area can also be used as a quiet / working space.

The kitchen and pantry are well equipped with dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The Aga cooker is only on during the winter months. During warmer months guests use the gas cooker to prepare meals.

The back garden can be accessed without entering the house allowing dirty bikes, dogs and boots to be washed using an outside tap. Wet jackets and boots can be stored in drying space.

This is strictly a NO smoking property.
