Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located holiday cottage in the heart of Seaview village, a stone throw from the village community shop and a minutes walk to the sea front.
The space
Downstairs the cottage has a sitting room with gas fire, sofas, chairs and a window seat looking out on to the street. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table. Through the kitchen is a porch and shower room. A small outdoor space beyond. From the sitting room there is a staircase leading to the main bedroom, family bathroom and twin room. To access the third room, you need to go through the twin room. Only suitable for families with a children. Gulls can sleep up to 6 guests.

House is for four people with occasional extra child.
The key safe is located nearby. The lock is due to be changed in a few weeks to a WiFi security lock.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams.
I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
