Recently refurbished apartment on the first floor of Mulberry Lawn, a former vicarage. The flat is in a peaceful rural setting but only a short stroll to the historic town of Brading. Perfect quiet location from which to explore the Isle of Wight. Close to the RSPB nature reserve and cycle routes. Popular for bird watchers, cyclists and walkers.

This beautiful refurbished first floor apartment has a lovely sunny bedroom with en suite modern bathroom suite. There is a good sized open plan sitting room with kitchenette and dining area. The flat has its own private entrance. There is a flight of carpeted stairs to reach it. Neighbourhood highlights

Brading is one of the oldest towns on the Isle of Wight. Once a Roman port, it is now a couple of miles from the sea, surrounded by beautiful countryside and the RSPB nature reserve. There is a Roman villa, the historic Nunwell House, beautiful church and the railway museum to visit. Brading is only a few minutes drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. The town has a villages stores, two pubs, florists, jewellery shop and a very good fish and chip shop.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
