Relax beside the sea in your own self contained Annex. Set inside a mediterranean style, walled courtyard garden, Hove Beach House is the perfect base to escape from it all. You will be right next to Hove beach, and Lagoon but just 15 minutes along the seafront into the centre of Brighton. With high vaulted ceilings a luxurious king size bed, fresh linen, ensuite bathroom, open plan kitchen, sofa and flat screen tv, this modern light filled Airbnb has everything you need for a lovely stay.
The space
Hove Beach House is a modern purpose built self contained Annex. Attached to the main house but separated via an interconnecting link corridor, for privacy. The Beach House has its own off street entrance gate and front door and is the perfect space for a short stay for one or two people.
A hardwood arched entrance gate from the street is your own separate entrance to the Annex. You enter in through your own small private courtyard space, with a table and chairs, which your bedroom widow looks out on to. The path on through to the Beach House front door is lined with mediterranean and tropical planting and is lit at night.
Once inside there are high vaulted ceilings throughout, giving the Beach House a light and airy feel. The entrance hall leads past the bathroom on the left with a large walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. (Shampoo, body wash and towels all provided.) The hallway then opens up into the main living space which has a fitted kitchenette on the left with skylight above, oak work surfaces and a granite sink, microwave, toaster, kettle and integrated fridge.
Directly opposite is a breakfast bar/ workstation with 2 seats and to the left is a built in wardrobe & storage area for your belongings.
Next to the kitchen is an open plan sitting room area with two seater sofa and large flat screen tv and sound bar perfect for a movie night.
Beyond this is a comfortable kingsize bed with bedside tables and freshly laundered sheets and blankets. The flat screen tv can be swung out fully to allow you to watch tv or films in bed and there is strong free WiFi throughout and Virgin tv with Netflix and Prime.
You have the whole place to yourself but we are next door if you need anything.

The Beach House is an Annex of the main house and is entirely for your own private use.
It has its own separate entrance gate from the street, this opens into your own small courtyard /outside space with seating for two. Through this are the Beach House front door is then accessed along a short path running alongside the main house garden.
Other things to note
Not suitable for infants or young children. (Due to - No baby changing facilities or suitable safety amenities. Delicate artwork, fragile decor and sharp edged furniture. Compact layout with no dedicated storage space for travel cots or pushchairs without causing a potential fire escape risk.)
Please note this is a NO SMOKING and NO VAPING property both inside and in the courtyard.

I love the sea and moved to Brighton so I could Kite Surf as much as possible. I now swim and enjoy countryside walks with my wife and our dog and boys if we can drag them along and will occasionaly get on a paddle board if someone else has inflated it!
