Jay Apartment on James Street is located just 0.6 miles from Aberdeen Beach. Our accommodation offers fast and reliable WiFi. The property is 3.1 miles from Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre and 1.1 miles from Bon Accord & St Nicholas. The apartment features a smart TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, an electric cloth dryer, a coffee machine, and a bathroom with a shower.

The space
We are a family-run short-let apartment in central Aberdeen, close to shops, restaurants, nightlife and local beauty spots. Our Property has on-street free parking available between the hours of 6 pm to 6 am

Guest access
You can access our property from the main entrance. However, we share a walkway and garden. therefore we employ you to respect our neighbours and keep the noise to the minimum when accessing the flat at odds hours. Nevertheless, we will like to also let you know our back garden is not for guests. It's strictly for our neighbours.

Other things to note
Aberdeen city centre is only a minute's walk and offers a massive variety of eating out. From Indian, Chinese, Italian and French cuisine, to something more traditional, Aberdeen has it all.

The beachfront is also not far away just a 10-minute walk from the property, which now offers a large variety of eateries including Mexican, Italian, pizzas, burgers and seafood to name a few. We will be pleased to recommend excellent restaurants in the area.

If you wish to stay indoors, there are several takeaway services available. Kindly have a look at the menu leaflets in the flat.
