The space

The spacious open-plan living and dining area flows into a large family kitchen, which opens out onto an impressive outdoor entertaining space — complete with a raised dining deck, boma, and sun deck overlooking the bay. From the indoor dining area, step straight out onto the lower games terrace, which leads down to the swimming pool, outdoor shower, and a second outdoor dining area: a cosy, sheltered corner with a traditional braai, covered table, and snuggle seat — ideal for relaxed evenings under the stars. The outdoor shower is perfectly placed for rinsing off after a surf before cooling down in the pool.

Head upstairs to the first-floor lounge, which boasts the best views in the house. Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire property — all five bedrooms, including a self-contained flat with generous open-plan living space, and all outdoor areas. A gated yard with private parking at the rear of the property is reserved exclusively for guests, offering a secure and private space to come and go. The rear yard is also handy for hanging out washing, rinsing wetsuits, and storing surf gear after a day on the water.
