The space
Make full use of this large house including luxuries such as private swimming pool and the first floor balcony with adjoining gas braai room, perfect for watching the amazing sunrises over the bay in the mornings and cooking and entertaining in the evenings.

Maid service included on weekdays as standard. If you prefer complete privacy during your stay thats also fine too.

All the bedrooms / bathrooms are on the ground floor, 3 of which open out onto the pool. The large open plan living / dining space leads into a large family kitchen opening out onto an extensive outdoor living space including a large dining deck, boma and sun deck over looking the bay, offering a great space for cooking and entertaining.
From the indoor dining area enjoy direct access out to the lower games terrace which then leads down to the swimming pool and the second outdoor dining space - a cosy sheltered corner with tradtional braai, covered table and snuggle seat.

The comfortable first floor lounge has the best views in the house providing the perfect space to relax on comfy bean bags and enjoy the ever changing scenery throughout the day, with the built in fireplace to keep you cosy in the winter evenings.

Enjoy some down time in the private cinema / games room where you can connect your devices to project a movie or make use of the Xbox games console provided along with built in surround sound system.

In additional to all of this there is also a pool / table tennis table and dart boards for the more competitive amongst you!

Guest access
You will have full access to all outdoor spaces and the house with 5 bedrooms including a self containted flat providing plenty of open plan living space. The gated yard and private parking at the rear and side of the property are provided solely for the use of house guests. The rear yard is also perfect for hanging out washing and rinsing out wetsuits etc!

Other things to note
To ensure you feel secure during your stay, the property is fitted with state of the art security including electric fences round the perimeter with external CCTV camera's and beams monitoring the outside areas. Internal electronic alarm system (emergency panic buttons included) with a 24 hour monitored response service.

Loadshedding - Whilst we initially enjoyed a couple of hours here and there without any electricity, we also appreciate it can be inconvenient at times so we've taken the following measures to combat loadshedding:
- 2 x inverters - 1 attached to the wifi and 1 to plug the main TV into.
- Loadshedding bulbs in main living spaces
- Battery operated lights.
- Gas hob in main house
- 2 x gas braais
- Gas oven in apartment
