Jordanstone's Orchard Cottage is a perfect getaway for two couples or a small family. Comfortable, cozy and nestled in quiet part of a beautiful estate, the Orchard Cottage is well laid out across a single-storey.
It is adjacent to an apple orchard which forms part of the walled Victorian estate, in which there is plenty of space to walk and be with nature.
With a top of the line hot tub and a secure garden for your little furry friend, this cottage won't disappoint!

The space
The Orchard Cottage offers two lovely double bedrooms, with one superking bed, and one split king that can be converted into two single beds on request. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. For our tinier guests, a cot can also be provided on request.

The open-plan kitchen and lounge area is ideal for socialising, and made all the more atmospheric by the wood-burning stove. For sit-down meals, make use of the drop-leaf table and dining chairs, or alternatively enjoy more casual dining on the sofa or at the breakfast bar.

The enclosed garden is perfect for your furry friends to let out some energy while you enjoy a BBQ, sit by the fire pit or relax in the hot tub.

Please note: Whilst every effort is made to fully clean between stays, as a pet-friendly property, the Orchard Cottage may not be suitable for those with severe pet allergies.

This is a period property, dating back to 1897 (though it's had a few updates since then!). We have chosen to retain certain historic features, as we think these add to the character of the Orchard Cottage. Whilst it may seem obvious, Airbnb advises us that we should mention in our listing that there may be signs of the house's age. We work hard to keep everything looking nice and carry out regular maintenance, but Airbnb also asks hosts to mention that there may be minor elements of wear and tear that aren't evident in the listing photos.

This is also a rural location, perfect for a beautiful, peaceful getaway. Please note that this also means that there is some rough track to get to the cottage, occasional work on adjacent farms that we can't control, and wifi that's perfect for browsing, but can experience lag for video calls.
