Luxury , Stylish , Dog Friendly 17th Century Detached 3 Bedroom Cottage Large 24 foot x 13 foot Lounge diner with log burner in the tranquil Cotswold village of Kempsford. Close to the Market Town of Fairford. Driveway Parking for two cars. Private, good size Mature garden completely enclosed by Cotswold Stone wall with a beautiful magnolia Tree. Hot Tub included in the garden which is lit up at night Paved Patio Area. BBQ with starter pack to get you started provided in the summer months

The space
We have completely refurbished this beautiful quaint 17th Century Cottage.
Private, good size Mature garden completely enclosed by Cotswold Stone wall with a beautiful magnolia Tree. Hot Tub ( Not available for one night stays ) included in the garden which is lit up at night Paved Patio Area. BBQ with starter pack to get you started provided in the summer months
Access is via the Lit rear garden through a Stable door into a Fully fitted kitchen with Belfast Sink, under sink washing machine. There is a twin Induction hob. In built Double oven, one of which is a multi oven/microwave/ Grill. Inbuilt full size Fridge/Freezer. Bosch Tassimo Coffee Machine. From the Kitchen leads into a large hall with a good size Cloakroom. From the Hall, you enter the Large Lounge / Diner 24 foot x 13 foot with Log Burner, 47" 4K Smart TV. Alexa for music, radio and will control the lights and TV. Oak writing desk which also acts as a Laptop space. solid oak dining table. Behind the Fireplace is a secondary Staircase that winds behind and up into the large Master Bedroom 15 foot x 13 foot with its Unique Floating Sleigh king size bed. Views over the Village Green . The bedroom has a Tassimo Coffee machine with complimentary Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate. There is a Wi-Fi Booster and USB double socket next to the bed. Mood lighting both in the ceiling lights and the headboard of the bed.
From the master bedroom leads to the Family Bathroom with full size Bath and shower over. This is a great feature of the bathroom which is an extremely powerful power shower. LED Vanity Mirror. Mood Lighting.
Further along the Hall is a small single bedroom with views over the Village Green.
Opposite is the second King Size double bedroom with views over the private garden. There is a Wi-Fi Booster and USB double socket. This room also has has a Tassimo Coffee machine with complimentary Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate.
The end of the Hall leads to a wide Oak staircase back down to the Hall.

Guest access
Access is via the rear Garden where this is a Key lockbox . This is fully lit at night . Parking is directly outside the house and has space for 2 cars in the driveway. This drive is shared with our Neighbours. The front door key is hanging on the back of the door to allow you to bring cases in or to pop down to the pub just a 2 minute walk down the road.

Kempsford is a peaceful and tranquil Cotswold Village. It has a great Village Pub just a few hundred metres down the road from the Cottage, The George .
The Cottage sits sideways to the main village high street , overlooking the Village Green. There are hours and hours of walks around the village and there a large number of Friendly Dog owners in the village that like nothing more than a chat. Its a 10 minute drive to the market Town of Fairford with local supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs and take aways.
