Up to 4 guests can comfortably enjoy our tastefully decorated apartment which has 2 bedrooms with added features such as balcony, bathroom underfloor heating, TV’s in both bedrooms and lounge, and super fast broadband.
Enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine whilst sitting on the balcony overlooking a glimpse of Lake Windermere and Grizedale forest in peaceful surroundings.

The space
A modern 2 bedroom apartment which is tastefully furnished and decorated to the highest standard.
TV’s in both bedrooms, underfloor heating and heated towel rail in the bathroom with a fantastic extra large shower cubicle.
Thoughtful high end touch’s from the 3 part gold trunk coffee table that can be moved around the room to suit or guest needs to touch sensitive usb side lamps as well as a Nespresso coffee machine for you to enjoy your morning espresso on the balcony.
All this style and comfort is only 30 seconds from the Main Street in Bowness.

Restaurants and shops are literally 1 min from the door as well as the local Coop supermarket.

Lake Windermere is only 0.3 of a mile down the hill past the shops where you can hire boats or book on a lake cruise.

Beatrix Potter attraction is again back to back with the apartment so 1 min from our door and you can be walking into theirs.

We love our apartment and have tried to make it very chic and modern but also comfortable, we have added a couple of little thank you gifts by the way of a cotton bag for you to take and some locally made toffees.
