We welcome pets but charge a small cost on booking to cover added cleaning costs. We then ask that when booking pets are included along with guests so that we can notify our cleaners and cover any added cleaning as a result of dog hair, etc.

You will have access to the ENTIRE PROPERTY.
There's on street parking directly in from and behind the building and the location is easily accessible on entering Falmouth.
There's a corner shop and launderette directly behind the property and supermarkets, numerous shops and delis are only a short stroll away.

We have a lock box system installed by the front door and coded private gate to the courtyard so you will be able to check in and out by yourself!
