The little orchard gîte is the perfect relaxing getaway. Situated just outside the lovely market town of Aubeterre. With a newly installed, SHARED, 10 x 5m pool over looking open fields and spacious patio. (HEATED from August).

Village location with immediate access to the river and the countryside.

Amenities: • King Size Bed (bedding provided) • Kitchen with Hob and Utensils, pots & pans etc. • Bathroom with large shower and heated towel rail (towels provided) • Direct access to a 10x5m SHARED Swimming pool (in season) • Private Terrace with table and chairs

PLEASE NOTE - We do not charge a cleaning fee and expect the property, within reason, to be left as it is found. Cleaning materials are provided free of charge.

Shared Pool Opening Times 09h - 20h This is to facilitate cleaning of the pool and to allow quiet time for ALL guests.

The village operates quiet times from 11pm to 7am and from midday to 14h Excluding Sunday and bank holidays which is all day.

There are no streetlights after 10pm as we live in a dark sky reserve.

The village of Bonnes is a traditional farming village steeped in history. It has an artisan boulangerie (bakery), a restaurant/bar and a weekly market. We’re right on the river so you can enjoy wild swimming, canoeing, fishing and walks. Locally there are many historical villages and small towns where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants and all amenities. We also offer private foraging, gin making and outdoor skills workshops as well as calligraphy classes if you're interested in learning some new skills while you're with us! Sorry, no pets allowed.
