NEWLY RENOVATED - Situated between the coastline and mountain range, this villa in Hermanus offers a perfect blend of coastal beauty and majestic landscapes. With stunning ocean views on one side and towering mountains on the other, it provides a picturesque setting. The Villa is a haven of comfort, combining charm with modern amenities. Whether relaxing on the beach or exploring nature trails, visitors are immersed in the town's serene ambiance.

The space
All bedrooms are ensuite with double vanities. Four bedrooms are located upstairs and one downstairs. The property has big, beautiful grounds perfect for the family that wants space and peace. The fire pit and braai (bbq) area are great for entertaining. The villa has full-back up power, so you should not be greatly affected by power cuts or “load-shedding”.

Guests have access to the entire property, except the garage which is for private storage.

Other things to note
POOL:
Direct access to a pool that is NOT enclosed. There is a secure pool cover which can be taken off and put on by guests when needed. This is the responsibility of the guests. (Please let us know if you require any assistance)

WINDOWS:
Please note the windows are low, a latch has been installed for safety precautions. (The latches need to be manually locked and is the responsibility of the guest)

BABOONS:
The area has baboons, please close all windows and doors if you are heading out. They are very smart, and they will make a nuisance of themselves if they get into the house.

HOUSEKEEPING
We offer check-in and check-out cleaning. If you would like additional cleaning, we can provide details of a dedicated cleaning service who are familiar with the house. Please note that this will be at your own expense.

PARKING
The property has ample parking on a secure back driveway with on street spaces available at the front.
