Located in the popular tourist complex La Florida, the property is situated in an excellent position of Old Town Puerto Del Carmen, only 500 meters from Playa Chica Beach and a 5 minute walk from the Biosfera Plaza Shopping and Leisure Centre.
The apartment comes fully furnished and is situated on a secure gated complex with a large communal pool in the heart of the Old Town, Puerto Del Carmen.

Now with free WiFi.

Please note that if you have mobility problems there are 8 steps in total.

The space
The apartment consists of a double bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes, a bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin and W.C. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining table and chairs along with a sofa.

We have just put a Dolce Gusto coffee machine in the apartment , you can buy the pods in the SuperDino supermarket next door.

The apartment benefits from a large south facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool, there are 2 x sunlounger cushions in the apartment (please pop them back).

The apartment has had a full rewire and repaint .. you now have double USB sockets on either side of the bed plus a double USB in the living room.
