This is one of the few places in the area with this amenity.

Self check-in

You can check in with the building staff.
Your tent is one of six fab glamping pitches in the field - you'll have plenty of space and a real bed!
You have a fire bowl and share a (gas powered) shower / eco-loo with one other pitch.
If you’d like use of a hot tub check availability with us - bookable for an additional charge.
We provide bedding and towels for the kingsize bed and roll up mattresses for three more (bring bedding for these).
Park at the entrance of the field, and find your way to camp on foot. Relax.

The space
Under canvas you'll hear birds sing and feel the warmth of the sun as it comes up in the morning.
There is space for five but if all adults it starts to get cosy and the kingsize bed is real with bedding, the others roll outs. Three or four adults would be more comfortable than five.
There is a shared field shelter with hob, pots and pans, crockery, a fridge, toaster, and kettle.
If high winds are forecast we begin watching the weather closely. When gusts exceed 45mph we let you know that we are having to close the site for those days and we can discuss refunding or rescheduling your stay.
Please contact us if your group is larger and you're interested in booking either of our two other bell tents.

Guest access
There is private parking a bus stop at the edge of the property, and railway stations at Brockenhurst and New Milton near by.

Other things to note
We're a small site suited to families and couples and particularly expect quiet between 9pm and 9am.

If you'd like to have day guests visit you please check that we can accommodate and we ask for a £10/person contribution to our costs for this.

We can't accommodate pets.

You will be staying in a three acre field from which you can walk 30 minutes to a pub. The south coast and New Forest National Park are each ten minute drives.

You are in a rural location, but with New Forest towns and villages like Lymington; Brockenhurst; Milford on Sea and Burley to explore near by, or Southampton and Bournemouth 20 minutes away.
