A comfortable, peaceful but centrally-located apartment, accessed through a shared courtyard gate, but with it's own private entrance door. One comfortable double bed and one sofa bed in the lounge area, the sofa bed is not suitable for adults but comfortable enough for up to two children. It is located in a vibrant town with bars and restaurants to walk to, Access to a large shared courtyard, with your own segregated seating area/space. Access to our shared rear garden, bordered by the river.
The space
There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed with access to a jack and jill bathroom, two doors access this, one from the bedroom and one from the lounge area. The lounge area has a double sofa bed which is suitable for up to two children but does not have a thick enough mattress for adults, although one adult could comfortably sleep on the sofa!
Guest access
Your apartment/gite is accessed from the street by a shared door to the courtyard, then you have private access to this ground floor apartment via a private door, your windows look onto the courtyard
Other things to note
There is another gite with access onto the courtyard and there is a small shared lobby area, between the two gites, to which this gite has access via a lockable door, this means the two gites can be rented together for larger families
