Relax with the whole family at The Carpenters House (La Maison du Charpentier). Situated just outside the lovely market town of Aubeterre. With a newly installed, shared 10 x 5m pool, (HEATED From August), over looking open fields and spacious patio. This fully equipped ancient house has its own private garden and countryside views.

Village location with immediate access to the river and the countryside.

4 Bedroom house - 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms (Bedrooms 3&4 being refurbished for the 2025 season).

This house is comfortable for a family of 6 people (Tables, chairs, sofas etc.) And in exceptional circumstances an additional 2 children or family members can be accommodated.

Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge, fenced private garden with terrace. SHARED 10x5m pool and terrace. Quiet central village location with direct access to the river and the countryside. Shared Pool Opening Times 09h - 20h This is to facilitate cleaning of the pool and to allow quiet time for ALL guests.

The village operates quiet times from 11pm to 7am and from midday to 14h Excluding Sunday and bank holidays which is all day.

There are no streetlights after 10pm as we live in a dark sky reserve.
