Get ready for an unforgettable family getaway at Meadow View, our super bright and happy 3-bedroom holiday home! Nestled in the fantastic 5-star Hoburne Naish park in charming Barton on Sea, Hampshire, this is where fun and comfort come together.

'Meadow View' isn't just any holiday home; it's a wonderfully cared-for "home from home" designed with families in mind. Sleeping up to 6 comfortably, you'll find modern, high-quality touches everywhere, going beyond what you might expect. We've thought of all the little things to make your stay easy and enjoyable, especially with toddlers and young children! We even provide a travel cot, bed guard and highchair free of charge – just let us know when you book!

Step inside and you'll be greeted by a light and airy open-plan kitchen, living and dining area – perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones while you relax.

Our fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for family meals, from quick breakfasts to delicious dinners. With a full-size double oven, hob, microwave, large integrated fridge/freezer and even an air fryer, preparing your children's favourite snacks and meals will be a breeze. Plus, there's plenty of crockery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils for everyone.

The dining area, with its cozy corner seating, has ample space for all your family meal times – perfect for lively conversations and giggles!

At the far end of the open space, you'll find the bright, airy and super comfy lounge. The large L-shaped sofa is perfect for everyone to snuggle up after a day of adventures. Enjoy cozy nights with the feature electric fire, watching a family film on the TV with Amazon Firestick, reading or playing games. And speaking of games, you'll discover a treasure trove of games, cards and kids' activities in the built-in storage – please make yourselves at home and enjoy them!

Master Bedroom: A comfy double bed awaits tired parents, with plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets.

Twin Bedrooms: Two further twin rooms, each with two single beds (perfect for smaller sleepers as narrower than a standard single bed), offer cozy spots for the kids to rest their heads after a day of play. Each room has a bedside cabinet and wardrobe/storage.

The family shower room features a good-sized shower, WC,and basin, ready for quick clean-ups after beach trips!

The sunny wrap-around deck is a real highlight! Accessed from the main entrance and the lounge's sliding patio doors, it's designed with littles ones' safety in mind, featuring a fitted gate and balustrade all around. The outdoor table and 6 chairs are perfect for alfresco dining, enjoying a morning coffee, or simply soaking up the sun while the children play safely nearby.

We provide all bedding (beds made up for your arrival!), a bath towel per guest, a hand towel in the bathroom, bath mat, a tea towel and oven gloves. Just remember to bring your beach/pool towels!
(Please note we DO NOT provide bedding for the travel cot or a mattress (for health & hygiene reasons).

For your comfort, the holiday home is fully double glazed and has central heating, ensuring you're always warm and cozy.

Splash, play and explore! Hoburne Naish offers endless fun with two heated swimming pools (one indoors for all-weather fun and a fantastic outdoor one for sunny days!), a gym, mini-golf and outdoor playgrounds for endless energy burning. You'll also find a multi-games area, boules court and plenty of dining options including a restaurant and café. For indoor adventures, there's a brilliant indoor play area and an arcade. And for evening excitement, check out the entertainment venue!

There is plenty of free parking directly outside our holiday home with no designated parking spaces. Please park with consideration to other holiday home owners & guests.

Park facilities - pool, gym, entertainment area are very close by which you may use if you have purchased leisure passes.

Other things to note
Bedding & Towels -
All beds are made up ready for your arrival. We provide bed linen, one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, bath mats, oven gloves and a tea towel. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

Leisure Club Passes -
Leisure Club Passes are required to use Hoburne Park’s indoor/outdoor pools (seasonal), gym and entertainment venue. Crazy golf is charged separately. Passes are not required for the café, bar or restaurant.
Passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (not per person) and are arranged through Sue at Unrivalled Holiday Homes. Please provide at least 1 weeks’ notice. Passes can be collected from Reception on arrival.

Energy & EV Charging -
Water and electricity are included. Please help us conserve energy by switching off lights and heating when going out and turning the heating control off during prolonged periods away.
Electric vehicles must NOT be charged from the holiday home. EV charging points are available in the main car park by the entertainment complex. The electrical system within the holiday home is not designed for electric vehicle charging, and doing so could cause an electrical failure.

No Smoking Policy -
There is a strict no-smoking policy within the holiday home, on the decking and in the immediate area around the property.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property or close to the holiday home. Please ensure that all smoking takes place away from the property and that cigarette ends are disposed of safely and responsibly.

Your Stay -
The holiday home is privately owned and managed by Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes, who will be your main point of contact throughout your booking and stay. Following your booking, we’ll request your email address so we can provide all the information you need for a smooth and enjoyable visit.
