Step inside this modern, meticulously cared-for holiday home and discover a level of comfort and quality that surpasses typical holiday accommodations. 'Murphy's Lookout' boasts two spacious bedrooms and two full shower rooms, comfortably sleeping four.
The king-size master bedroom is a private sanctuary featuring its own en-suite shower room, ample storage and a wall-mounted TV – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The second bedroom offers two full-size single beds, ideal for children or a second couple, complete with its own wardrobe. For our littlest guests, a travel cot and highchair are available upon request (just bring your own cot bedding!).

Prepare delicious meals in the fully fitted kitchen, which truly feels like a gourmet space! It’s equipped with a full-size double electric oven, 5-ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and a large integrated fridge/freezer. You'll find everything you need, from extensive crockery and utensils to a Nespresso coffee machine (don't forget your favourite pods!). The central dining table makes this a wonderfully sociable area for everyone to gather.

This sunny spot, complete with a balustrade for little ones' safety, is ideal for sunbathing, al fresco dining, or simply enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail on the stylish corner sofa and coffee table (a parasol is also provided).
Thoughtful Touches -
We've taken care of the details so you can relax from the moment you arrive. All beds are made up for your arrival, and we provide a bath towel per guest, hand towels in each bathroom, bath mats, a tea towel and oven gloves. The property is also fully double glazed with central heating for year-round comfort.
Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family!

Your booking will allow you to use the whole of Murphy's Lookout along with it's own private parking bay adjacent to the property.
If you have paid for leisure passes, you will have full access to the Leisure facilities in the club house. If you haven't purchased passes you can still use the cafe, bar & restaurant.
Other things to note
The leisure passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
