The home offers a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area. Large sliding windows connect the living room seamlessly with the generous balcony, creating an extended indoor–outdoor space. From here, you can enjoy stunning sea views.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, well-maintained urbanization with access to a community swimming pool, just 850 meters from Guardamar’s beautiful beach and 1 km from the town center.

In accordance with current regulations (Decree-Law 9/2024 of August), we can only accept bookings of 10 nights or more.

This accommodation is not available for tourist stays or holidays. It is intended exclusively for guests who need temporary accommodation for reasons such as:
