Amazing location! Perfect apt for 1-2 people but we can accomodate couples travelling with a child.
This cosy apt is in a peaceful neighbourhood, right in the heart of the lively south coast. It is set on a secure, family owned property with access to a private garden and pool.
Just 5 mins walk to the popular Accra and Worthing beaches, shopping, bars and restaurants.
Central location means you are also close to popular areas such as Bridgetown, The Gap and Oistins.

The space
The main room of the apt has a spacious and modern, open-plan layout. It is furnished with a very comfy queen sized bed, couch, air-conditioning, smart tv and plenty of wardrobe space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large 6 burner stove and oven, refirdgerator, microwave, toaster oven, kettle and a french coffee press. There is also a protable airfryer avilable for guests upon request.

The shower and toilet space is quite small and discrete, with plenty of hot water on tap.

There is also a private access to the shared laundry room which is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Out front is a private sitting area covered in astro turf to provide a comfortable, relaxing space to sit and enjoy the peaceful evenings outdoors. This also the dedicated smoking area for our guests.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the shared laundry room as well as a large private garden and swimming pool.
The swimming pool is unsupervised and guests will be responsible for their own safety whilst using the pool.
They must also be comfortable with the presence of a friendly dog in the garden area.

Other things to note
Please handle the property and its contents with care. You will be charged for any damages accordingly.

The air-condition unit is for use in the bedroom only. Keep the doors and windows closed during use and do not leave the unit runnning when you are leaving the property.

We do not allow any events, parties or uninvited guests on the property.

You are welcome to smoke/vape anywhere outdoors but all butts or cartriges must be disposed of properly. Please no littering.

There is a bluetooth speaker in the apt. You are welcome to play music and enjoy the outdoor space, but please be respectful of the residents of this peaceful neighbourhood and keep noise levels down, esp late at night.

We strongly encourage our guests to recycle. A dedcated bin will be provided.
