Ideal for family, couples, solo and business travellers. This stunning Villa is located in Richmond Estates which is only a 15 minute drive to a beautiful white sand beach. Literally 1 minute walk to the Clubhouse with gym and infinity Pool. Newly built and beautifully furnished.

Situated in a 24-hour security safe neighbourhood with access to a wide range of amenities. A grocery store with delivery service, an infinity pool, a gym, clubhouse and security are among the finer offerings! The clubhouse with various amenities and kids playground is only steps away!

The location is ideal because although so close to the heart of Ocho Rios, it is tranquil and quiet. Getting to and from the airport is very simple and easy and taxi services are available. No matter what your need, business or leisure, the modern conveniences of our Villa will suit your requirements.

You have access to infinity Pool and Gym literally 1 minute walk. Tennis courts and Children Play area. Local attractions include Dunns River, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove. Property is located just 20 mins drive away from Ocho Rios town.
