The space
Our beautiful UNESCO heritage house is sure to add charm to your stay. Located in a district adorned with stunning art and murals, if you're looking for cobbled streets and culture a-plenty then you're in the right place!

Your room is within a block or two of Oaxaca's highest-rated restaurants - and just 5 blocks away from the EtnoBotannical Garden (9 mins walking) - your apartment features a king-sized bed with premium bedding, a selection of pillow types and an en-suite bathroom with waterfall shower head.

Furnishings and carpentry are inspired by native Zapotec themes and flanked by customisable mood lighting.

Interior and exterior sets of tables and chairs for the adjoining patio area provide great spaces for working, relaxing or socialising.

1.5 blocks away is Jalatlaco Church, (said to be the central point from where the rest of Oaxaca City grew).
4 blocks away is the ADO bus interchange, giving direct connections to the coast (Puerto Escondido), Mexico City, Chiapas and much more.

Your apartment is inside a large house with lots of open spaces which also has a patio and cooking faculties are shared with other guests (if there are any staying at the same time as you). There is additional dedicated patio and dining furniture for your room only and an additional shared lounging area, as well as a large communal dining table which you are welcome to use when not in use.

We are able to accommodate small groups with prior notice but we do not allow parties. Please note that smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted within the first floor of the property. You are able to smoke on the roof terrace.
