The space
'Paisley's' is a 3 bedroom, dog friendly holiday home situated in a superb setting at the 5* Hoburne Holiday Park, Christchurch, Dorset.
The holiday home sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms.
It is a modern, bright & well looked after 'home from home', with many home comforts, including good quality fixtures & fittings, exceeding the typical standard you may find in many other holiday homes.
The main entrance door opens in to a light and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
The fully fitted kitchen has a full size double oven with a gas hob, microwave and a large fridge/freezer. There is everything you could possibly need to prepare anything from breakfast, snacks and lunch to a 3 course dinner. Plenty of crockery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
The dining area is next to both the kitchen & lounge making it a very sociable eating area, close to the whole family. With fixed bench seating plus stools, there is plenty of seating for all guests at meal times.
At the far end of the open plan area is the bright, airy and comfortable lounge, with a feature electric fire for cosy nights watching TV. There are 2 large comfortable sofas - a 3 seater & a large 2 seater - providing plenty of seating for everyone to chill & relax. The property has central heating throughout.
The Smart TV means you can still keep up to date with your favourite TV programmes while you're on holiday & sign in to your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account to binge watch your favourite series.
The master bedroom, with a double bed (king size duvet), bedside cabinets & a double wardrobe, provides plenty of space for all those holiday outfits. No fighting over who watches what, we have provided a TV in the bedroom!
Two further twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (narrower than a standard single bed so more suitable for children. Beds can be pushed together to make a double if required) have a bedside cabinet & wardrobe/storage in each room.
There is a family shower room with a large shower cubicle, wc, basin & storage for all your beauty products.
There is also an additional seperate wc with basin along the corridor providing 2 toilets, essential for 6 guests!
We can provide you with a travel cot for your use - free of charge. Please just request this at the time of booking. We do not provide bedding for the travel cot so please remember to bring some with you. There is no space in the master bedroom for the travel cot so it would need to go in one of the twin bedrooms with a single bed turned upside down on the other to make space.
The outside decking is accessed via the main entrance door. The fitted gate and balustrade gives security for small children & your four legged friend/s.
The outside table and chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for al fresco dining or your mid morning coffee, afternoon cuppa or that holiday cocktail or glass of wine - or just a bit of sun bathing!
We provide all bedding (all beds will be made up for your arrival), a bath towel per guest, a hand towel in each bathroom, bath mat in the shower room, tea towel & oven gloves. We DO NOT provide beach/pool towels so please remember to bring those with you.
If your dog is joining you on your holiday, please bring a towel with you to wipe muddy paws & a blanket to protect the sofa/bed if they like to cuddle up with you.
The property is fully double glazed & has full central heating.

Hoburne Park has just completed a project to totally transform some of the spaces in the main complex – including the café, restaurant, bar & reception.
Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family!
Guest access
You will have full use of 'Paisley's during your stay.
Park facilities - pool, gym, entertainment area are very close by which you may use if you have purchased leisure passes.
Without leisure passes you can still use the cafe, bar & restaurant.
Other things to note
The dog fee is £30 per dog per trip. You will see the fee for one dog on your booking costings breakdown and will be sent a separate payment request for the second dog fee of £30 after you've made your booking.
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
The leisure passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
Pet friendly features and amenities: -
• It can be difficult to find luxury accommodation that accepts well behaved dogs, but we believe the two need not necessarily be mutually exclusive!
• A dog is ‘family’ too and subject to our House rules, 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to join you for your stay. That is why we have made sure they can enjoy your holiday with you, they do not miss the fun, and you do not miss them!
• Please specify at the time of booking if you intend to bring your dog. An extra charge is applicable of £30 per dog per booking, with up to a MAXIMUM of two dogs per booking. Registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are welcome to stay without charge.
• We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our ‘home from home’ holiday home and have high cleaning standards so that all guests (with or without dogs) can equally enjoy staying in our holiday home.
• Your dog will enjoy a small doggy treat provided as part of our welcome pack for guests on arrival.
• We are perfectly positioned for country, coastal or forest walks, so you will never be short of places to burn off some energy and get some exercise, whatever time day it may be! And there is an on-site designated dog exercise area as well.
Prohibited Breeds -
In the interest of guest safety – especially children – and the welfare of other dogs on site, the following breeds of dogs are not allowed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
• Breeds classified under the Dangerous Dogs Act: - Pit Bull Terriers, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero.
• Other prohibited breeds: Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, English Bull Terriers, Japanese Akitas.

We have a strict NO SMOKING or vaping policy in our holiday home including on the decking.
This holiday home does NOT allow smoking of any description - cigarettes, vapes etc at ANY time. If evidence of smoking is detected then this will incur an additional charge for further cleaning.
