Formerly the 'Professional's House' at Newport Links Golf Club, this end-terrace home provides a comfortable and stylish retreat for up to six guests.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining room, perfectly designed for you to relax and enjoy the incredible bay views.
Property Features:
Bedrooms: Three comfortable rooms to accommodate your group.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds.
Bathrooms: In addition to the en-suite, there is a family bathroom upstairs with both a bath and a separate shower, plus a convenient WC on the ground floor.
Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen featuring a double oven and gas hob.
Utility Room: A separate utility space houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and a handy beer fridge.
Living Area: Unwind with the provided TV and Wifi, or simply stare out and enjoy the views.
Outdoors: Step outside to the grass lawn and patio area. Overlooking the back nine golf holes, the rolling sand dunes, and the beach, it's the perfect spot to watch the sun go down.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and garden. Enjoy the full property as your own personal retreat. The only exception is a single locked cleaning cupboard, which is not accessible to guests.
